Have a Blue print of your Travel

Pack Light, Pack Smart

Carry the light-right clothes, types of clothing are crucial to light ,smart packing -all-purpose or multi-purpose clothing means less space in a bag,do carry a torch, First Aid kit and don’t forget to carry your most comfortable sport shoes for the long travel ahead.

Eat and Drink Healthy

Avoid street food, eat where the locals eat and eat light while travelling and stick to sealed Mineral water bottles, preferably try being vegetarian as its light and easily digestible, one can find lot of good vegetarian joints in India which offer a large variety from south Indian to Punjabi thali. Eat non-vegetarian food only in good restaurants since the hygiene factor may not be good in street shops.  Drink lot of yogurt to keep your stomach balanced. Do always carry your hand sanitizer with you.

Avoid the crowd

Don’t talk to strangers you don’t find comfortable, try always moving in groups, avoid strangers who try getting more interactive and personal. While using cabs make sure that you note its number and text the same to your concerned. While moving in busy streets be carefull of your wallets and purse.


While shopping be careful of the local vendors who can act tricky and charge the tourists more, street shops are a good option for cheap economical shopping, bargaining can be done. Delhi is a shoppers delight. Places in Delhi like Janpat, Khan Market, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi haat offers you a large variety of stuff at reasonable rates.
